The mechanism by which these symbiotic working partnerships are perpetuated is the Annual Maintenance Agreement.
The Annual Maintenance Agreement insures that the relationship between M-Tech and the customer remains unfettered by micromanagement and debit accounting. Liberated from the constraints of tracking billable hours, our technical support personnel can spend sufficient time with the customers to develop a more personal relationship. We believe forging these personal relationships is the key to providing excellent customer service because a more personal approach fosters honesty, empathy, and accountability between all parties involved. - 24-7 trouble-shooting on critical system functions: M-Tech personnel will work around the clock, if need be, to resolve any issue involving the Feed Delivery Scheduling Assistant (FDSA), Settlement and Contract Producer Payment systems, and any other systems specifically identified as Critical Function systems in the original licensing contract, subsequent contracts, or addendums.
- Knowledgeable live customer and technical support provided during regular business hours for non-critical functions by our in-house department in five different languages.
- Monthly maintenance releases of the latest PMTS version, which incorporate all functionality improvements based on user feedback and customer specifications.
- Unlimited, unbilled calls to customer support personnel afford the freedom to discuss questions at length with no restraints on time or frequency of calls.
- Unrestricted access to programmers for questions or system problems which require greater technical expertise.
- Priority in all cases over users who do not subscribe to prepaid maintenance.
- Product will be continually upgraded to compensate for advances in technology so that there will never be an issue of incompatibility between an M-Tech product with any new hardware or software.
