The Feed Load Out System (FLO) provides a link from the Feed Delivery Scheduling Assistant (FDSA) to the load out process by creating a connection to the feed scales located at the mill. This eliminates any manual entry required for feed deliveries. Loads are created in the FDSA based on a variety of projection factors and assigned based on priority. By assigning the loads to drivers and trucks in the FDSA, the scale attendant selects the required load number. Once the delivery is loaded, the information is transferred from the feed scale, the delivery ticket is printed and the information is transferred back to FDSA as a shipping transaction. The Feed Delivery transaction is then created and transferred to the flocks receiving the feed.
