MTech-Systems Feed Ingredient Receiving (FIR) automates the ingredient receiving process maximizing both efficiency and accuracy while reducing operational cost.

The Feed Ingredients Receiving (FIR) provides a link from the feed scales to the Feed Mill Information Manager (FMIM). This eliminates any manual entry required for ingredient receiving. Purchase orders are entered in the FMIM with a required receiving date. The scale attendant only needs to select the purchase order and product being received. The received quantity is then transferred from the scale to the purchase order originally created in the FMIM. Ingredient inventories are updated and available for production.

Now, with the new v7 Windows applications, FIR is even more power than ever before. The ability to connect receiving data directly to management systems though the Windows application via a serial and IP protocols allows information between scheduling and load out to be instantaneous.
