Mike Walker, President and Chief Executive Officer

While earning his business degree at the University of Oklahoma, Mike interned summers at Lane Farms in Arkansas, and then accepted a full-time position with the company upon completion of his studies. During his time at Lane (and subsequently Tyson Foods), Mike learned the poultry business from the ground up. His daily responsibilities hi-lighted theneed for better information management systems in the poultry industry. Thus Mike combined his knowledge of the industry with his interest in computer software development to create the genesis of the Poultry Management Tools Series. Bringing his creation to the industry in 1991 laid the foundation for the incorporation of MTech-Systems in 1996, and the exponential growth of global market share that has contributed to the constant improvement of our systems and services.This passion for the product and services for this industry is evident in his hands-on approach to the direction and growth of the company. He continues to nuture his creation by actively developing new software solutions which will propel the company, and consequently the protein industry, into the future.

Marcel Cohen, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Marcel partnered with Mike and MTech-Systems in 1995. As a founder of MTech-Systems at its initial stages, Marcel had to learn and contribute in all facets of the company he was developing. From software development, project management, training, quality assurance, technical support, or sales, Marcel provides a high level of expertise in the most effective manner. As Chief Operating Officer, he puts his experience in all facets of the work of MTech-Systems into practice, working closely with each department head to ensure that no measure is spared to keep the company on course.

Simon Cohen, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer

As Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, Simon has traveled the world promoting the data management solutions provided by MTech-Systems and is primarily responsible for transforming the profile of MTech-Systems from a small, regional company to a global industry leader. Having spent many years in the industry on the equipment sales and support side, Simon developed a deep understanding of the unique business challenges of such a niche market. This knowledge of all phases of protein production is invaluable when developing successful project scopes for the varying production models in the global market.
