MTech-Systems was founded in the early 90's in Arkansas, one of the nations leading Poultry production areas, as a entity for marketing visionary software solutions for the industry that was at the time sorely lacking in viable software systems for managing data and reporting performance.

In the mid 1990s, Marcel Cohen and Simon Cohen joined founder Mike Walker as partners in MTech-Systems, opening an office in Atlanta, Georgia to better reach global production markets. Through long hours of hard work and endless travel, they expanded the business by constantly improving their software systems with new modules, improved functionality and by breakout marketing strategies unprecedented for a small company. Their efforts resulted in implementations at then industry giants like ConAgra and Goldkist, rapidly expanding to the likes of Wayne Farms and Perdue in addition to gaining customers in other countries.

In 2001, the two offices merged and Atlanta became the new corporate headquarters. A period of unprecedented growth soon followed, with MTech-Systems expanding exponentially several times as the company truly became a global entity with implementations on all of the habitable continents of the world. Starting in 2007, MTech Systems expanded its solution to cover the swine production industry with the introduction of the Swine Management Tool Series. And now, with the introduction of our newest, cutting edge, version MTech PRO software series, we are poised for another period of significant growth.

The continued growth of the company is evident in the establishment of our MTech Europe subsidiary in 2011. The permanent European presence not only affords the opportunity to better serve regional clients, but also allows for expanding our solutions with the newly formed business advisory team, made up of long time poultry experts.
